How You Watch displays content from YouTube using the official YouTube embedded player. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. How You Watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. Description of Service

How You Watch is a curated, chronological feed that aggregates publicly available YouTube video content from selected watch-related creators. The Service embeds these videos using YouTube's official embed player and does not host, download, or redistribute any video content.

4. User Accounts & Comments

You may sign in using your Google account to post comments. When you sign in, we access your public profile information (name and profile picture) solely to identify your comments. You can sign out at any time. We do not store your Google login credentials.

You are responsible for the content of your comments. Comments that are abusive, threatening, or violate applicable law may be removed without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content displayed on How You Watch is owned by the respective YouTube creators and rights holders. How You Watch does not claim ownership of any embedded video content. Our site design, code, and comment system are the property of How You Watch.

6. Limitation of Liability

How You Watch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any embedded YouTube videos. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
